A Chief of Staff is the executive layer that keeps leadership teams aligned, initiatives sequenced, and decisions moving. For organizations that need this function but are not yet ready to hire permanently — or need to fill a gap during a transition — I provide it on a project basis.

I work with CEOs and executive teams in financial services and scale-up environments. Engagements are time-bound, structured, and designed to leave a functioning governance system behind — not ongoing dependency.
